(PrimeChronicle.org) – Hillary Clinton produced a Broadway musical called “Suffs” that sat at the bottom 25% of the current 35 Broadway shows running. Hillary’s stage play only reached 81% capacity for the first week of shows. The name Suffs is a reference to the suffragette movement. The musical is about three hours covering racial divides that women face.
The following week of May 12th, Hillary’s show dipped down to 78%. The stage play is one of the newest shows on Broadway having just opened in April. Suffs is playing alongside Moulin Rouge, the Musical, Sweeney Todd, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, as well as the Shakespeare classic Romeo and Juliet.
New shows tend to have bigger numbers in the same way that an opening weekend for a Blockbuster will have bigger numbers in the beginning but trail off as the longer the movie is in cinemas. Hillary’s show is brand new, but already starting low and only expected to go even lower.
The musical is helmed by director Lee Silverman. In addition to Hillary Clinton, the show was produced by Rachel Sussman and Jill Furnham. Hillary’s musical is touted as having an all-female cast.
Besides failing musical endeavors, Hillary is facing controversy for what liberals claimed was an offensive remark directed at the anti-Israel protesters. Hillary stated that the protestors do not know anything about Middle Eastern history or even American history.
Liberal commentators accused Hillary of being dismissive of the pro-Palestine movement and claimed that those involved are intimately familiar with what is happening overseas.
Hillary cited a previous deal that would have been beneficial to the Palestinians. Hillary said the deal included that 4% of Israel would be given to Palestine. The deal could have granted Palestine almost all of the territory that the Palestinians feel they are owed. Palestine leadership turned down the offer. Hillary asserted that the student protesters are completely unaware that the failed peace treaty ever happened.
